Uniphar plc (the "Company") announces that, having served a three-year term on the Board as a Non-Executive Director, Jeffrey Berkowitz has resigned from the Board with effect from 16 January 2024.

The Board has commenced a process to appoint a new Non-Executive Director and a further announcement will be made in due course.
