On 15 January 2024, under the rules of the Helical plc Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), Helical Bar Trustees Limited, awarded 3,599 ordinary shares to directors, PDMRs and employees at the closing mid-market price on 12 January 2024 of 229.50p. The shares were awarded under the Dividend Share element of the Plan.
