– Acquisition of nine retail properties with more than 18,000 sqm rental space
Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG has expanded its real estate portfolio by nine retail properties located in Ermsleben, Franzburg, Goldbeck, Gröbers, Köthen, Krakow am See, Laucha an der Unstrut, Stendal und Verden an der Aller. All assets are let to EDEKA-Group and have been acquired in three separate transactions for approx. EUR 20.1m. The acquired properties comprise rental space of more than 18,000 sqm and generate an annual net rent of approx. EUR 2.23m.
