Second Interim Dividend Declaration

The Board of the Company has declared its second interim dividend of 1.26 pence per share in respect of the year ending 30 June 2024 (2023: 1.26 pence per share).

Such dividend will be paid on Friday, 23 February 2024 to shareholders on the register on Friday, 26 January 2024. The associated ex-dividend date is Thursday, 25 January 2024.
