Director/PDMR Transactions - Initial Notification
The Company announces that on 5 January 2024, Peter Birch, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, has:
a) in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 6,500 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) at a price of £2.89601 per Ordinary Share from his AJ Bell Dealing Account and then repurchased into his AJ Bell Individual Savings Account (ISA) the same number of 6,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.901214 per Ordinary Share; and
b) transferred 47,000 Ordinary Shares to Lucy Birch, a person closely associated with him (PCA) for nil consideration.
Following the transactions, there has been no change in the number of shares in which Peter Birch has an interest.
This announcement, including the notification below, is made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
