Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG further expands portfolio

– Acquisition of a retail park with 15,000 sqm rental space

Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG has further expanded its real estate portfolio through the acquisition of a retail park in Pritzwalk. The property provides rental space of approx. 15,000 sqm and generates an annual net rent of approx. EUR 1.4m. The retail park comprises several buildings, which amongst others are let to real.-, hagebau and Lidl. The purchase price for the acquisition totalled EUR 13.5m. The WALT on the property is 6.2 years and those of the anchor tenants 8.0. Additionally, the company is in promising exclusive talks to acquire a number of further assets.
