Transaction in Own Shares

Further to RNS number 8131X, Hill & Smith PLC announces that on 29 December 2023, its Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") purchased an additional 19,549 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company, bringing its total purchase to 121,321. The average price paid was £18.825918 per share and the order has now been satisfied in full.

All of the purchased shares will be used to satisfy the vesting of shares under the Company's 2014 Long Term Incentive Plan or Executive Share Option Scheme.

Following the purchase, the EBT holds 156,484 ordinary shares, representing 0.2% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The issued share capital as at today is 80,195,569 ordinary shares.
