Bristol Water plc (the "Company") announces, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, Paul Boote resigned as a Director of the Company with effect from 31st December 2023 and Steve Buck has been appointed as a Director of the Company with effect from 1st January 2024.

There are no further matters which require to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
