Change to DEMIRE's Executive Board

• Frank Schaich resigns from DEMIRE's Executive Board with effect at the
  close of October 31, 2016 but will remain on the Executive Board of
  Fair Value REIT-AG until March 31, 2017

Frankfurt/Main, October 31, 2016 - Executive Board member Frank Schaich has
today resigned from his position on the Executive Board of DEMIRE Deutsche
Mittelstand Real Estate AG, Frankfurt/Main ("DEMIRE", ISIN DE000A0XFSF0)
with effect at the close of October 31, 2016 at his own request. He leaves
his Executive Board position on amicable terms with the Supervisory Board.
He will continue to remain on the Executive Board of Fair Value REIT-AG,
Graefelfing/Munich but will end his mandate and leave the DEMIRE Group at
the close of March 31, 2017 to pursue new challenges. The DEMIRE
Supervisory Board extends its sincere appreciation to Mr. Schaich for his
contribution.
