Sassenberg, November 3, 2016, 7.00 pm - technotrans AG has successfully
completed the placement of its holding of 374,915 treasury shares, with the
involvement of Bankhaus Lampe, Düsseldorf. All treasury shares held
(equivalent to around 5.43 % of the share capital) have been disposed of to
long-term investors in Germany and other European countries. The total
gross proceeds of the disposal amount to EUR 8,154,401.25.
The proceeds from the placement of the treasury shares will increase the
company's financial flexibility, partly for general business purposes but
also to offset the financing of the majority interest acquired in gwk
Gesellschaft Wärme Kältetechnik mbH.
Bankhaus Lampe acted as financial advisor for the placement.
