Capital Reduction effective

Future announces that the Capital Reduction, comprising the Share Premium

Reduction and the Merger Reserve Reduction approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 8 February 2023, is now effective.

This follows the confirmation of the Capital Reduction by the Companies Court, London on 19 December 2023 and the registration of the Court order with the Registrar of Companies in England and Wales on 20 December 2023.

The Capital Reduction creates additional distributable reserves to the value of

£472,951,225.18.
