Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) and persons closely associated.

In common with all eligible employees, PDMRs were invited to participate in the Premier Foods plc Sharesave Plan 2023 (the "Plan"). The following options over ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") were granted by the Company on 19 December 2023 at an option price of 103.5p per Share. As with all other eligible employees, when the Plan matures in February 2027, PDMR's will have the option to purchase the Shares from their accumulated monthly savings amounts, under the Company's Sharesave scheme.
