Darktrace announces the following PDMR transaction which took place following Darktrace's standard dealing request process.

Jack Stockdale, Chief Technology Officer, has notified Darktrace that on 18 December 2023 he exercised options on 500,000 ordinary shares in Darktrace and subsequently sold those shares at an aggregate price of 362.73 pence per share.

The total amount being sold in the series of transactions was less than 10% of Jack Stockdale's vested and unvested holdings in Darktrace.
