Correction to the announcement released at 18.10 (RNS number: 5529W) on 12/12/2023: The first interim dividend payment is in respect of the year ending 31 August 2024 rather than 31 August 2023 as previously announced. First interim dividend

for the year ending 31 August 2024

At the Annual General Meeting of International Biotechnology Trust plc (the "Company") held on 12 December 2023, shareholders approved the Company's dividend policy of making dividend payments, equivalent to 4% of the Company's net asset value as at the last day of the preceding financial year (31 August 2023), through two equal semi-annual distributions.

The Directors have today declared the payment of a first Interim dividend of 13.9 pence per ordinary share for the year ending 31 August 2024.

Payment date:	26 January 2024
Dividend per share:	13.9 pence
