Buy-back of own securities

The Company announces that on 14 December 2023, it bought back 205,985 Ordinary shares of 2p each in the capital of the Company (SEDOL: BLH3CY6 / ISIN: GB00BLH3CY60), representing approximately 0.041% of the issued Ordinary share capital, at a price of 212.2216 pence per Ordinary share. The Ordinary shares bought back will be cancelled.

Following cancellation the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company will be as follows:
