Cancellation of Treasury Shares
Pursuant to the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) Listing Rule 12.6.4, the Company hereby notifies that on 11 December 2023 it cancelled 58,956,118 ordinary shares of 2 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') previously held in treasury.
Following this transaction, the Company has 1,103,545,966 Ordinary shares in issue and holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury. The total number of voting rights in Serco Group plc as at 11 December 2023 was therefore 1,103,545,966. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
