FINAL INTERIM DIVIDEND

FOR THE YEAR ENDING 30 APRIL 2024

The Board of Directors of Henderson Diversified Income Trust plc (the "Company") announces a final interim dividend of 0.55p per ordinary share, in respect of the year ending 30 April 2024, payable on 15 January 2024 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 5 January 2024. The Company's shares will go ex-dividend on 4 January 2024. This final interim dividend is being announced as a consequence of the plans announced on 4 October 2023 for the proposed scheme of reconstruction of the Company under Section 110 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (the "Scheme") and its payment is conditional on the passing of resolutions to give effect to the Scheme. It will be paid as an interest distribution for UK tax purposes from the Company's revenue account and reserves.
