**The Supervisory Board of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG appoints Dr.-Ing. Stefan Rinck for another five years as a member of the Executive Board of the Company

Kahl am Main, 26. January 2017 – At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG the Chairman of the Executive Board of the Company, Dr.-Ing. Stefan Rinck (born 1958), was appointed to the Management Board for another five years and renewed his appointment as Chairman of the Executive Board. Dr.-Ing. Stefan Rinck accepted the appointment and will remain available to the company as Chairman of the Executive Board in the future.
In September 2009 Stefan Rinck became member of the Executive Board of the SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG and has been the company’s Chief Executive Officer since 2010. In addition, Stefan Rinck is a member of the Main Executive Board of the VDMA and Chairman of the Committee for Research and Innovation.
