Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the total number of Ordinary shares of 25p of the Company in issue at 30 November 2023 is 155,372,978 with each share holding one voting right. 

The Company also holds 53,329,590 Ordinary shares in Treasury, and there are 36,629,659 units of Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock (CULS) outstanding.

The above figure (155,372,978) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
