In accordance with the requirements of DTR 5.8.12R(1), the Company is publishing the following TR-1 notification of major holdings in the Company it has received in respect of the Company's Class A Shares.

This TR-1 Form corrects information relating to the registered address in the TR-1 Form submitted by DST Managers V Limited on 7 November 2023 to Deliveroo and which was made public on 8 November 2023. All other information is unchanged.

Shareholders should refer to the Company's announcements regarding the total voting rights attributable to the Company's Class A Shares to determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interests in, the Class A Shares under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
