EBT Share Purchase Programme
NewRiver announces that Computershare Trustees (Jersey) Limited (the "Trustee"), as Trustee of the NewRiver REIT plc Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"), has purchased 661,849 ordinary shares of one penny each in the Company as follows:

Following this transaction the EBT balance, when the trades are settled, will be 926,073 ordinary shares of one penny each (representing 0.296% of the Company's issued share capital) which are held unallocated by the EBT.
These purchases mark the commencement of an EBT Share Purchase Programme to satisfy existing, planned and anticipated exercises of awards under the NewRiver employee share schemes or as otherwise permissible within the terms of the EBT Trust Deed. The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of all the Company's Employees.
Further updates in respect of the EBT share purchase programme will be made as required.
