Block Listing Application

BATM (LSE: BVC; TASE: BVC), a leading provider of real-time technologies for networking solutions and medical laboratory systems, announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") for a block listing of 4,360,391 ordinary shares of 0.01 NIS each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the LSE's market for listed securities ("Admission").

The Ordinary Shares that are being reserved under this block listing will be issued and allotted to satisfy the exercise of share options or vesting of long-term incentives awarded pursuant to the Group's Global Share Incentive Plan (2021)*.

It is expected that Admission will become effective at 8.00am GMT on 1 December 2023. These Ordinary Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Group.
