Voting rights notifications pursuant to Section 21 para. 1 WpHG
On February 14, 2017, KION GROUP AG, Abraham-Lincoln-Straße 21, 65189 Wiesbaden, Germany (ISIN DE000KGX8881, WKN KGX888) has received the following voting rights notifications pursuant to Section 21 para. 1 WpHG:
1. Pelham Capital Management LLP, London, Great Britain has informed us according to Section 21 para. 1 WpHG that on September 30, 2014 its share in the voting rights of KION GROUP AG fell below the 5% and 3% threshold of voting rights and on that day amounted to 0.00% (this corresponds to 0 voting rights).
2. Pelham Capital Ltd, London, United Kingdom, has informed us according to Section 21 para. 1 WpHG that on September 30, 2014 its share in the voting rights of KION GROUP AG exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold of voting rights and on that day amounted to 5.33% (this corresponds to 5,271,519 voting rights). Of this, 5.33% (5,271,519 voting rights) were attributed to Pelham Capital Ltd according to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
