CQS Natural Resources Growth and Income PLC announces that, with effect from 22 November 2023, the Company's Administrator and Company Secretary has changed from BNP Paribas S.A., Jersey Branch to Frostrow Capital LLP ("Frostrow").

In consequence, the Company's registered office has changed to 25 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1AL with immediate effect.

Frostrow has also been appointed to provide Investor Relations and Marketing services to the Company.
