Change of Service Providers

Miton UK MicroCap Trust plc announces that, following a review of service providers, it has made the following appointments with effect from 4 March 2024:

• Northern Trust Secretarial Services Limited has been appointed as company secretary; and
• Premier Portfolio Managers Limited has been appointed as fund administrator. Fund administration services will be delegated by Premier Portfolio Managers Limited to Northern Trust Global Services SE.

In addition, Northern Trust Investor Services Limited has been appointed as depositary with effect from 4 March 2024.

For the avoidance of doubt, there is no change to the Company's investment manager, Premier Fund Managers Limited, or the Company's registrar, Link Group.
