Restoration of Listing and Trading

Braemar Plc (LSE: BMS), a leading provider of expert investment, chartering, and risk management advice to the shipping and energy markets, confirms that, following publication of the Company's FY23 Annual Report and Accounts, the listing of the Company's ordinary shares of ten pence each ("Ordinary Shares") on the premium segment of the Official List, and trading in the Company's Ordinary Shares on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, has been restored with effect from 7.30 a.m. on 21 November 2023.

It is expected that a notice of restoration of listing from the Official List will be issued by the FCA in conjunction with such restoration.
