Transaction in own shares

The Company announces that on 14th November 2023 it made a market purchase of 20,000 of its own Ordinary shares of 25p each, representing 0.05% of the issued share capital (excluding treasury shares). The shares were bought at 568.00p per share and the Company intends to hold these shares in treasury.

As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:
