Accelerated distribution of interim dividends for the year ending 30 June 2024 to even out quarterly payments

Murray Income Trust PLC (the "Company") has today declared first, second and third interim dividends per share of 9.50 pence, totalling 28.50 pence per share, in respect of the year ending 30 June 2024 (2023: 8.25 pence, totalling 24.75 pence per share), as follows -

The increase in the level of the interim dividends, as compared to the previous year, reflects the Directors' rebalancing of the dividends in order to accelerate payments to shareholders. As a result, the Board expects that the fourth interim dividend per share, to be announced in August 2024 (2023: 12.75p pence per share), will be at least 9.50 pence per share, which would represent total dividends for year ending 30 June 2024 of 38.00 pence per share (2023: 37.50 pence per share).
