ZhongDe Waste Technology AG: Publication of Annual Report 2016 postponed
Frankfurt, 19 April 2017 – The completion and the audit of the consolidated financial statements of ZhongDe Waste Technology AG for the financial year 2016 will be delayed by several weeks. The reason for the delay is the further necessary coordination with the auditors in Germany and China to clarify details regarding the sale of the ZhongDe’s subsidiary “Chung Hua”. As a result, ZhongDe will not publish its Annual Report on April 28, 2017 as planned, but probably by mid-June 2017. Accordingly, the publication of the interim report in 2017 as well as the Annual General Meeting will be delayed. ZhongDe currently assumes, that the Annual General Meeting will take place in the second half of August 2017.
