Total Voting Rights and Change of Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker

Onward Opportunities Limited (AIM: ONWD), the investment company targeting structural market opportunities in smaller companies within the UK, announces that, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 16,027,290 Ordinary Shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") with one voting right per Ordinary Share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 16,027,290. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Change of Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker

Following the completion of the all-share merger between Cavendish Securities plc (previously named Cenkos Securities plc) and Cavendish Financial plc (previously named finnCap Group plc), and as a consequence of internal reorganisation within the Cavendish Group, the Company has changed its Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker from Cavendish Securities plc to Cavendish Capital Markets Limited.
