All proposals approved, Christian Mäder to join Board of Directors
Niederwangen, May 19, 2017, 7 a.m. – The shareholders of Adval Tech Holding AG approved all proposals of the Board of Directors at their Annual General Meeting on May 18 as well as the remuneration for the Board and Group Executive Management. They also confirmed Willy Michel, Hans Dreier and Roland Waibel as Members of the Board of Directors for the period up to the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting in 2018. The proposal by the Board of Directors to elect Christian Mäder to succeed Michael Pieper as a member of the Board of Directors was approved by a large majority. The shareholders also re-elected Willy Michel as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Willy Michel, Christian Mäder and Roland Waibel as members of the Nominations and Compensation Committee.
