ThomasLloyd Energy Impact Trust plc (the "Company")
Change of name and website address
The Company announces that it has changed its name to Asian Energy Impact Trust plc. The change of name became effective on 27 October 2023 and the Company will be identifiable under the new name on the London Stock Exchange from 08:00 on 31 October 2023.
The Company's trading instrument display mnemonics (or "TIDM") will change from TLEI for ordinary shares traded in US Dollars and TLEP for ordinary shares traded in Sterling to AEIT and AEIP respectively. The ISIN, SEDOL and LEI details all remain unchanged.
The Company also announces that from 1 November 2023 it will launch a new corporate website which can be found at www.asianenergyimpact.com.
Shareholders are unaffected by the change and existing share certificates will remain valid and should be retained. Any new share certificates issued will bear the name Asian Energy Impact Trust plc.
