Completion of Share Buyback Programme

Bellway p.l.c. ('Bellway' or the 'Group') announces that it has completed the Share Buyback Programme (the 'Buyback Programme'), announced on 28 March 2023 to purchase up to £100m of its shares for cancellation.

Citigroup Global Markets Limited, who undertook the second tranche of the Buyback Programme on Bellway's behalf (as announced on 19 June 2023), repurchased 2,412,602 shares for an aggregate consideration of c.£50 million, excluding stamp duty and expenses.

As a result, Bellway has returned c.£100 million to its shareholders through the completion of the Buyback Programme.
