On 25 October 2023, the Company purchased 50,000 ordinary shares at a price of 126.0100p. The shares purchased will be held in Treasury.

Following the purchase of the above shares 387,294,641 ordinary shares of 1p each will remain in issue. Edinburgh Worldwide Investment Trust plc will hold 18,459,054 ordinary shares in Treasury.
