Bastei Lübbe AG: Supervisory Board appoints Ulrich Zimmermann as new CFO

Cologne, 19 June 2017. At its meeting on Wednesday, 14 June 2017, the Supervisory Board of Bastei Lübbe AG, which is listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, appointed Ulrich Zimmermann (54) as a member of the Management Board with effect from today. This means that he will join the current management team headed by CEO Thomas Schierack (Legal, HR, Digital and IT) and Klaus Kluge (Programme, Sales, Marketing and Press) as Chief Financial Officer.

Ulrich Zimmermann was the CFO of Hawesko Holding AG until July 2016.
