UET United Electronic Technology AG (ISIN: DE000A0LBKW6), Eschborn, announces that it will postpone the issue of the Financial Statements for the Financial Year 2016 until mid July 2017.

The decision has been taken on short notice and is related to organisational and technical reasons in the compilation of the consolidated financial statements. The statements could not be compiled in the set quality and timely.

The compilation of the financial statements of all individual companies and legal entities has been already completed.

The consolidated financial statements will be published mid July 2017 and within due time for the upcoming annual shareholder meeting 2017.
