DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG intends to issue EUR270 million bond

Langen, 10 July 2017 – DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG (WKN A0XFSF / ISIN DE000A0XFSF0) intends to issue EUR270 million of rated, unsecured fixed rate notes (Senior Notes) with a term of 5 years (until 2022) and governed by New York law (144A/Reg S). The notes are expected to be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (Euro MTF Market). The net proceeds from the proposed offering will be used to refinance existing indebtedness of DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG and certain of its subsidiaries.
