Statement re Change of Registrar

The directors of the Companies are pleased to announce that, following an extensive review and in-depth due-diligence process of several registrar service providers, they have resolved to appoint The City Partnership (UK) Limited ("City") to act as registrar to the Companies. The appointment will take effect on, or as soon as practicable after, 4 December 2023.

No action by Shareholders is required at this time and, in due course, City will issue welcome letters to all Shareholders and invite them to register to use their online share portal.
