NASCIT is pleased to announce that Harwood Private Equity Fund V (in which NASCIT has a substantial investment) sold on Wednesday 11th October one of its private equity holdings, Assisi Pet Care.  On a look-through basis NASCIT invested £3.6m over the course of three years via a buy and build investment strategy and expects to receive at the closing, approximately £11m. This represents an uplift on the 30th June 2023 valuation of approximately £7.6m.
