COMPLETION OF ACQUISITION OF IBERIAN SPORTS RETAIL GROUP, S.L. ("ISRG") BY JD SPORTS FASHION PLC ("JD")

Further to the approval of the acquisition by JD of 49.98 per cent. of shares in ISRG from Balaiko Firaja Invest, S.L. and Sonae Holdings, S.A. by JD shareholders announced on 9 October 2023, we are pleased to announce that the acquisition has completed and JD is now the 100% owner of ISRG.
