Employee SAYE scheme and Director/PDMR shareholding
The Company announces that options were granted on 6 October 2023 over a total of 1,164,804 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the share capital of the Company under its HMRC approved employee Save-As-You-Earn ('SAYE') share option scheme. The 2023 SAYE options have an exercise price, calculated in accordance with the rules of the SAYE scheme, of 181.60 pence and vest in 2026.
