PhosAgro announces dividend payment procedure to shareholders and depositary receipt holders

Moscow – PJSC PhosAgro (the “Company”, the “Group”, Moscow Exchange, LSE: PHOR), one of the world’s leading vertically integrated phosphate-based fertilizer producers, has announced the procedure for dividend payments to shareholders and holders of the Company’s global depositary receipts (GDRs), the rights to which are recorded in foreign depositories.

Shareholders and GDR holders who have not previously received dividend payments from their foreign depositories will be able to receive dividend payments by submitting an application to PhosAgro, accompanied by the necessary documents. Dividends will be paid in Russian roubles. A list of the requirements in order for the payment to be made is available on PhosAgro's website at https://www.phosagro.com/investors/capital/to-gdr-holders/.
