NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS / PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY ("PDMRs")

IG Group 2023 Sustained Performance Plan ("SPP"): Award of par cost options on 28 September 2023

The Company gives notice of the following transactions carried out in respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.005p each (the "Ordinary Shares") by Executive Directors and other PDMRs (together "PDMRs"). Details of the transactions are set out in the Notification of Transactions by PDMRs in this announcement as required by the UK Market Abuse Regulation, as well as in the below text.

Following the approval of the new SPP rules at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 20th September 2023, the Company has granted Long-Term Awards in respect of its FY 2024. These awards will vest three years from the date of grant subject to a Total Shareholder Return ("TSR") performance condition.

The share price used to determine the number of options awarded is £6.6290, based on the average of the closing prices of the previous 10 days as required by the rules of the SPP.

1 Matt Brief is a material risk taker subject to the Investment Firm Directive, as such he is prohibited from receiving dividend equivalents on his award.  As a result an adjusted price of £5.4939 was used to calculate his award.
