Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities

The Company announces that on 29 September 2023 the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities (the "PDMRs") acquired the beneficial title to the following numbers of ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Shares"). The beneficial title to the Shares was transferred to each of the PDMRs for nil consideration by Ocorian Limited (acting as trustee of the Company's share trusts) in settlement of the vesting of share awards granted to the PDMRs by the Company under the Company's share plans (as referred to below).
