Capital Stage AG: Dr Dierk Paskert new CEO
Hamburg, 1 September 2017 – As previously announced, Dr Dierk Paskert has assumed the position of CEO, effective today, of SDAX-listed solar and wind park operator Capital Stage, based in Hamburg. The 56-year-old businessman has many years of experience in the energy sector, including as a member of the Management Board of E.ON Energie AG. His career also includes other focuses such as the development of energy storage technology.
Dr Paskert possesses comprehensive knowledge of the energy sector. Among other roles, he acquired this knowledge as a Management Board member at Munich-based E.ON Energie AG, where he was responsible for the grid division. Furthermore, from 2003 to 2008, he played a pivotal role in the development of strategies as well as initial steps for the E.ON Group in its entry into the world of renewable energy sources. In recent years, Dr Paskert has been intensely involved with the future-oriented industry of energy storage and has served as a consultant to companies for the development of various business models in the area of decentralised energy storage. He also has an appropriate knowledge of capital markets. Together with Dr Christoph Husmann (CFO) and Holger Götze (COO), Dr Dierk Paskert will act as the Management Board of Capital Stage AG in future.

He will make use of his expertise and many years of experience to ambitiously pursue the profitable growth course for the company along with the rest of the Management Board,” Dr Manfred Krüper, chairman of the Supervisory Board of Capital Stage AG, says of Dr Paskert’s assumption of office.
