Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')
Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified by Anne MacDonald and Thomas Huerlimann, both Independent Non-Executive Directors and Paul Cooper, Chief Financial Officer, all PDMRs, that they acquired 436, 169 and 753 Shares, respectively, of 6.5p each in the Company. As per the Company's announcement on 12 September 2023 the shares were acquired through the scrip dividend alternative in connection with the interim dividend of 12.5 cents per share payable on 26 September 2023. The Scrip Reference price was 9.66p with a pound sterling equivalent of 9.99p per share.
Details of the transaction as required by the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (2014/596/EU) which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 are set out below.
