For the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 25p each of Essentra plc in issue as at today was 296,076,878 with each share carrying the right to one vote.

There are 5,039,265 shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in Essentra plc is therefore 291,037,617
