Publication of Annual Report and audited results

NCC Group plc (LSE : NCC, "NCC Group" or "the Group"), a leading independent global cyber security and resilience provider, announces that following the announcement of its unaudited full year results on 27 September 2023, the Company has now published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31 May 2023 ("Annual Report"), as approved on the 28 September 2023. The audited accounts are unchanged from the unaudited full year results published on the morning of 27 September 2023. 

The Annual Report have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/artefacts/NSM/Portal/NI-000083474/NI-000083474.pdf
