First Dividend Declaration - H1 2023

The Board of Pantheon Infrastructure Plc (the "Company"), the listed global infrastructure fund, is pleased to announce that it has declared the first interim dividend of 2 pence per Ordinary Share for the period ended 30 June 2023 (the "First Dividend"). 

The First Dividend will be paid on 27 October 2023 to Ordinary Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 6 October 2023 (being the record date for these purposes). The Ordinary Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 5 October 2023.

The Company is targeting an aggregate dividend of 4 pence per Ordinary Share in its financial year ending 31 December 2023 and, thereafter, a progressive dividend.
