The Sage Group plc. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Annette Court is appointed as Senior Independent Director with effect from 1 January 2024.  Annette has been an independent Non-executive Director since her appointment on 1 April 2019. She is also Chair of the Remuneration Committee and is a member of the Nomination and Audit and Risk Committees.             

As previously communicated with our shareholders, Drummond Hall will retire as a Non-executive Director and from his role as Senior Independent Director at the end of the year.             

Andrew Duff, Chair of Sage, said: "We thank Drummond for his service as Senior Independent Director and the significant contribution he has made to the Board and its Committees during this tenure. Drummond's deep knowledge of the business, his experience as an independent Director, and his strong personal attributes have made him a significant asset to Sage over the last many years and we wish him all the very best for the future."
